NEEDS HAND SANITIZER TO CLEAN HANDS!  DOES NOT HAVE THE DESPENSER AT ALL. ALSO THE TOILET PAPER IS NOT ATTATCHED TO THE ROLLER IT IS ON THE SIDE & ON THE BACK OF THE TOILET SEAT NOT GOOD TO HAVE ON SEAT IF PEOPLE ARE GOING TO USE TO WHIP BUTTS WITH.
